Return and exchange of crib

The saddest section on our site.

In the event that the crib did not fit you or the transport company accidentally broke the supporting parts that cannot be replaced, then you can exchange the crib or return it to us in accordance with the law "On consumer protection".

But no matter how it may be, the most important thing for us is that everyone is happy to come into contact with our factory.

Crib refund is not valid in the following cases:

• has been in use for more than 14 days from the date of delivery;
• defects were formed that arose as a result of violations of the rules of assembly and operation;
• for consumables required for furniture assembly;
• traces of outside interference (by third-party organizations or individuals, including during assembly), as well as self-repair of the crib were found.

But we really hope that over the last 5 years of our work, as there have never been such unpleasant moments for everyone, it never will :))
